Our Services
The Classic - $500
Our Classic Coordinating Package is our first line of defense against wedding day stress - for you and your family members. This package offers 6 hours of event coordination to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. The Classic Package is best utilized to cover your wedding day timeline from an hour(ish) prior to the ceremony through dinner and first dancing. We’ll help ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, check-in ceremony & reception vendors, flip event spaces when needed, direct wedding party and guest members throughout the day, and assist in any other needs of the couple throughout your event.
Make it a Classic Plus package with 2-3 hours of event/decor set-up services for +$250, or add any other services from our Mix ‘n Match Services menu to complete your wedding day itinerary.
The Deluxe - $1000
Our Deluxe Coordinating Package extends your coverage to a robust 10-hour service day. Whether your priority is being at your venue when it opens to provide complete set-up services OR having a manager to help close down and pack-up your event at the end of the night, this package is designed to manage more of the details so you and yours can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your day. This package also includes a venue walk-through planning session with the couple and serving as point-of-contact for vendors in the weeks leading up to your wedding day.
The Elite - $1250+
Our Elite Coordinating Package is our full-day support experience offering 12+ hours of coordination service. Whatever you need, Waste Less Weddings has you covered! From picking up flowers or desserts on our way to your venue to completely setting up and tearing down your ceremony or reception spaces, the Elite Package is the ultimate stress-free experience for our couples. Book this package to get customized timeline support that includes detailed timelines for the bride and groom, wedding party, family members and vendors as well as managing contracts and vendor communications during the planning process.
Each of our coordinating packages includes night-before ceremony dress rehearsal coverage, at least two virtual planning meetings, timeline creation support & day-of management, and unlimited support via text and email during your planning process.

Our Coordinating team is based in the Fox Valley. All weddings within the Greater Fox Valley, Green Bay, and Oshkosh areas are included. Please inquire for travel pricing outside of these areas.
